If you are a leader in an organisation and need help with a specific challenege or projects then I may be able to help. I am an experienced professional with extensive experience of managing people, projects and solving problems.

For the last 25 years I have worked in higher education most recently as a University Dean of Health Sciences and then Life Sciences and Education. I was on the Executive Board, with a staff team of 250 and a budget of £25 million. Managing large budgets, large diverse teams and leading complex organisational change in a challenging sector within a performance-oriented culture has been at the heart of my roles.

So now I combine my experience of leadership and management within my roles as a consultant and a coach. I am a caring, kind, empathetic, inclusive, problem solver with extensive experience of senior management and executive leadership.
